We book all business transactions (purchases/sales and corporate actions) within the funds for you and reconcile these with the KVG and the custodians.
KFS takes care of the reconciliation of the funds and prepares the necessary financial statements. We ensure that the documents and documentation required by the fund’s auditors are available in full.
We calculate the subscription and redemption prices of your fund assets: This includes the valuation of all assets contained in the fund as well as accrued fees and other receivables and liabilities.
Our services are rounded off by comprehensive reporting: We prepare reports for you which, depending on the fund’s structure and investment objectives, must be submitted to supervisory bodies such as the Bundesbank, BaFin or foreign bodies such as the CSSF in Luxembourg.
