The KRIEGER Group rents floor six and seven
OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH has leased office space of around 1,100 square metres in Frankfurt’s Kornmarkt Arkaden to KRIEGER GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft on a long-term basis. The company and other companies of the KRIEGER Group will move into floors six and seven at Berliner Strasse 51 and Bethmannstrasse 8 in summer 2020. The “LEED Gold” certified building ensemble with 23,000 square metres of floor space is thus around 95 per cent rented. Currently, around 960 square metres of office space and 200 square metres of retail space are still available.
The KRIEGER Group, which specialises in the real estate industry and has around 8 billion euros in assets under management, offers one-stop services in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing, legal and real estate consulting.
The Kornmarkt Arkaden combines as a city quarter the use types hotel, office, residential, retail and gastronomy. Part of the quarter is the listed former seat of the Federal Audit Office. The building complex in the city centre is within walking distance of Frankfurt’s Römer town hall, the Zeil shopping mile and the inner-city traffic hub Willy-Brandt-Platz. The international airport Frankfurt am Main can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. OFB Projektentwicklung had already sold the “Kornmarkt Arkaden” ensemble in 2018 to the DWS open-ended public property fund grundbesitz europa and completed it in 2019.
